How do I actually reset the filter?

- Find the Filter Reset button. On front-panel models like the T36R or T29V, look for a button labeled “Filter Reset” under the display. On top-panel models like the T30B, it’s the leftmost button in the control cluster.
- Hold it down for 3 seconds. You’ll hear one beep, and the water-filter icon should flip from red back to blue. (If it doesn’t, try pressing a little firmer—sometimes that’s all it takes.)
- Double-check the display. The “Replace Filter” reminder should vanish. If the icon stays red, go back to step 2 and try again.
You can also reset it through the MyThermador app: Settings → Maintenance → Water Filter → Reset. Just make sure your fridge has firmware 2.4.1 or later (check under Settings → About → Software).

- Flush the tubing once a year. Run about a gallon of water through the dispenser annually to clear out sediment that can clog the filter too soon.
