What’s causing your RPR access issues?
RPR (Realtors Property Resource) is the National Association of Realtors’ exclusive real estate data platform, used daily by over 1.5 million REALTORS® as of 2026 for property searches, CMAs, and market analytics NAR. When the login fails or the app won’t load, it’s usually one of three things: a sync issue, outdated credentials, or a network glitch. Think of it like a radio tuning into the wrong station—the signal’s there, but something’s blocking the connection.
How do you fix RPR access problems step by step?

What if the step-by-step solution doesn’t work?

- Android: Go to Settings → Apps → RPR Mobile → Force Stop → Clear Cache → Reopen.
- Switch Networks
- Turn off Wi-Fi and use mobile data, or vice versa. RPR sometimes blocks public Wi-Fi due to security settings NAR Support.
- Use the Web Portal as Backup
- Open a browser and go to rpr.realtor.
- Log in using the same credentials as the app. Bookmark this link for future logins.
How can you prevent RPR access problems in the future?
- Sync Weekly – Even if you don’t use RPR daily, tap “Sync Data” in Settings every Monday morning to avoid stale data.
- Update Credentials Annually – NAR requires password resets every 12 months. Set a calendar reminder for your renewal date.
- Use a Dedicated Browser Profile – Create a Chrome or Edge profile named “RPR Only” with no extensions. This prevents login conflicts from saved passwords or ad blockers.
- Enable Offline Mode (for travel) – In the RPR Mobile app, go to Settings → Offline Mode → Download your local market once. You’ll still access property data without a signal.
